Unfortunately, this is a rare problem, and not much is known about the cause. Something on your machine is causing BYOND's browser cache files to launch in your browser.
Some users have reported being able to fix it by updating Internet Explorer. It could also be caused by your browser's configuration (IE or Chrome), a shell extension, antivirus, or other software.
