except thats not the case with DBG its still been able to google the byond page and reach the hub, and also find it in the pager but now i cant evne join the server

Well, hacked isn't really the term I'd use to describe what probably happened if that were the case. But that would be a matter for the person who's key it was, to drop a message to: http://www.byond.com/support
