help cant download the game database

Every time i try to connect to a byond game a page pops ups then suddenly disappears, i already tried deleting the cache and the byond folder but nothing worked someone have a solution?

ps: english is not my home language

edit: also tried to allow byond in firewall from windows and antivirus


os : Windows 7 Home basic 64 bits

Hmmmm.. i got that same problem, and it was problem of java ;P * ts like 90% chance u java is broken
U should try reinstalling java,adobe flash player
What Byond version u are using?,

im using the stable version 5.0 but i will try to update java here, didnt know that byond uses it ty for helping, when it updates i edit here


edit: isnt java, i dont know what the problem could be, just appears you game is starting and closes

Try exiting BYOND and reopening it and if not. Exit BYOND open it as a administartor and then update and see if it works after that.
