is that stie legal?, is it a Official byond hub for anime games?

There's nothing official about that, but I don't think there's anything wrong with it. It's just a blog.

Seems like he's just trying to make a place where he can list all of the games that the site hides due to being part of one of the C&Ds or just plain fan-games.
