I keep getting errors saying my indentations are wrong.

When you copy/paste code from the forums or other places, the tabs may have been replaced with spaces. You can't mix tabs with spaces, but you can use Ctrl+H to fix it pretty quickly.
I use a tab size of 4 spaces (the default size) for DM.

A good tip to spot these issues, is to use Ctrl+T to turn on the tab indicator. It will show you where the tabs are, and where the spaces are.
