overlays....they wont go away after use logs out?

Im having trouble with overlays, wether i use an icon file or an object. They will remove fine when you take them off before the usr logs out, but after he logs back in, if the overlay wasnt removed, then it wont ever go away. Can someone help me with this, or tell me what im doing wrong?

Yes, I use deadrons character handling, does it have a problem with overlays?

Just make sure to remove all overlays before the character is saved.
