Ok is there a proc or a way I can make my own proc that will get rid of the scienctific notation?

Someone has recommended num2text, but thats the last thing I want to do for the size of these numbers reaching into the millions.

Here's a sample proc that does it.

mob/verb/numtest()
var/num = 1
for(var/timer=1, timer<20, timer++)
num = num*10
var/X = num2text(num,1000000000)
usr << X
And I judge from that last responce that you hadn't actually looked up num2text() :o)

Wow, a billion sig figs? :p
1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 0,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00 0,000,000,000

That number is 100 sig figs. I don't think he'll be getting much bigger than that :p

Hey, if he wants accuracy to 100 googols, I say let him. =)

Well, I just tested Foomer's proc, and I get out-of-memory errors with accuracy to 100 googal figures. =)

20 ought to serve your purpose just fine (although you will begin to see the frightening reality of rounding errors).
