Problem with complex code

I got code for Admin/GMs from this site, someone here made it.
It worked fine until i upgraded to the latest version (i was about 8 version behind before i did)
Now it doesnt work at all.
there are no errors or anything it just doesnt acknowledge me as a GM or an Admin when i put my key in the appropriate txt file, and I cant ban my key either.

The code is too long to post here, but i have uploaded the dm file, if someone can download it and have a look, i would be extreamly greateful.

Mloren	I know its long and complex, but cant someone help?

Foomer	I have problems with complex code too; it gives me a headache, and because of that I tend to get frustrated and delete it. Another added benefit to being able to write tight procs!
