Dumb newbie-ish question here, I checked the faq and couldn't find it, checked the refrence and didn't see anything that looked like it'd be of much help.

How can I display a [, ], or quotes in a text message sent to a player with the method described in the subject? It would help me out a great deal, thanks. :) Also, is there an option for password retrieval out here? I changed my email address too ahh! Ohh well, at least I have DreamSeeker set to remember it.
