how is it possible to make a bullet icon shoot but the icon shows in the space next to my guy like:

so what im saying is how do you exactly make another icon appear next to you and do damage?

Try looking up Missle(). After you get the bullet to go towards the opponent, just have the firing code deal damage to the opponent.
