how do u stop or get rid of ultra safe mode

host with dream daemon and choose trusted mode.

i tried but when i use dd i can't play it it just says hosting and am just runnign it to test it

After you start to host, open DS and enter the port number.

Also note that DreamSeeker defaults to Ultra-Safe mode when the name of the .dmb file is not the same as the name of the folder it's in. I think the reasoning for this is something along the lines that if a game is in its own folder (with the same name), it can only damage itself (it cannot go up the filesystem and do anything to other folders). But if the folder name doesn't match, then maybe it's a rogue .dmb in the wrong folder, best to not let it have any access to clobber things in there.
So the short story is, put the .dmb and .rsc in a folder with the same name. |
