Descriptive Problem Summary:
My pager has this weird colouration to it. I don't understand what's is causing it. The only change I've made to my computer was a system restore. I've tried downloading and running previous versions v500 byond but they all have the same issue. Here's a link to a screenshot of the my pager at the moment. http://i61.tinypic.com/1zbs9hc.jpg

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? The problem occurs every time.
In other games? no
In other user accounts? Yes
On other computers? I'm not sure, most likely not,because I haven't seen any other reported cases of this issue.

When does the problem NOT occur?
It occurs every time I open the pager.
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.)
Versions before 500 seemed to work fine.
Workarounds:
I haven't found any workarounds and believe me I've tried everything from deleting and re-downloading anything Byond-related to installing previous versions of Byond.
