for those who wish to get rid of pking this may help to reduce it!
create a popup box that asks if the person wishes to be hostile.
if yes then he she may attack or be attacked
if not he she may not be attacked nor can attack
in order to be able to attack then he she must log off
and select hostile.
just thought i should throw that idea out there...

This idea has been used many times before and rarely works out well. Everyone chooses non-hostility because why fight other people when you can get "phat lewtz" and tons of exp against monsters?
