popup messeges

I havent been on byond in awhile and ive been seeing popup messeges in the newer games. Im wondering how to do that, ive went through the f1 menu about 3 times now and cant find a thing about it. For the life of me all i can think of is javascript. Could someone please help me?

It's new functionality that's been added to the browse() proc.
