Well I could either make it so you can "enter" your own little town, and have your own little options to build a house for the blacksmith, or whatever on small little maps of 25x25, or 50x50...
Or I could make it one big town of say 200x200 with a big castle and everyone of that race is part of this town and they work together against the other races to siege their other races castle and their flag inside the castle...
While they must defend their own flag inside their castle...
The flag holder could be a king, or a god or something...

Uhh...sense you chose not to tell us what your game is about or anything I am just going to say that the latter is better, allows for more interaction among the people.
