regarding hub://metamorphman.radar
Download that and set the radius to 10. Ever since version 490, something about the pixel movement additions seems to have broken screen objects with pixel offsets. I'm not entirely sure this is a bug though, perhaps just something I'm overlooking. Any ideas?

Still happening. Any value higher than 5 causes weird issues. Maybe it's hardware related? I have an nVidia 9800 GT

This is still happening. It happens on my brother's computer which uses an ATI card as well. any ideas?

Now it shows this:
3/4 of the display gone (captain obvious is out of business)
