custom interface window

I was wondering how do I make a custom window display like the one in these pictures

yeah i figured that but how do they do the like title bar and all that cause i dont think they hide it cause i dunno how they can move the window around unless you can move it without the title bar and i've somehow been doin it wrong

Once the game is running if you click anywhere on the window that isn't covered by some other control you can move the window by dragging from that point.
