Well i just got permaban yesterday , i thought at first it was a joke but no, an admin have actually perma baned me telling me to complain at forums when its not even working.
They dont have a website to complain
There has been lot of perma bans recently with not enough reasons but they are doing drastically moves i still dont know why but i read the admin was angry or something
My reason to be perma ban:
Chasing a Clown for some minutes with a gun, yeah i didnt shoot him or doing anything, just follow him. He didnt complain but an Admin PM me saying why i was chasing him and i said... Its not ilegal... Cmon are you serious? PAM PERMABAN
The full reason is: Spent the entire round (I could only play the first 3mins of round) chasing the clown with guns at round start for no reason, when questioned ignored and carried on chasing, gave "its not ilegal" as defence
05rhardy was the name of the admin
