The Insert() proc for icon_states doesn't allow the creation of once-through animations. The arguments allow every other property of an icon to be manipulated, but there has been a slight oversight on this one property of DMI files. Currently, when generating new icon states in a DMI file, you can't set the icon state to loop indefinitely/once/twice without decrypting the txtcomment, changing it manually, then recrypting it.
