I've come to suggest a teka alternative; http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Kunihisa You probably wouldn't have seen this filler since you didn't watch the series in its entirety. Essentially, he throws money at people and they do things for him. (Knows nothing of teka but knows of his monay)
