How often are the packets being sent and received between a BYOND Game and a BYOND Server?
How large are the size of these packets, on average anyway?

Yeah, I've figured that much xD. Just curious if say a chat game type server will just be sending per-say 32-54 byte sized packets?
How much of a difference would it make if the game included icons and a map? Ideally just want an average for a basic/standard BYOND game with only chatting features, and then one with basic implementations of a map and resources. |
There is no answer to that question. It's entirely based on what you tell your game to do, and we can't answer that for you.
