Simple question; What is the Windows Updated Toolset called? I noticed it includes MFC120, could it be for WINE (Linux), so they could play BYOND using the new GUI?

It's compiled with Visual Studio 2013, as opposed to a much older version.

Ah. Now, I am not familiar with Visual Studio and stuff; Mostly JAVA; What difference does it make? More powerful engine?

It's really no different at the moment, but it will allow us to support things like the Chrome Embedded Toolset down the line.
