Descriptive Problem Summary:
Game moves at a crawl. Taking over 5 seconds to move into the air after pressing jump button.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Start game and leave running in the background for a few hours.
Expected Results:
Restore window and play the game normally.
Actual Results:
Restore window, click, wait 30 seconds for the game to "load" or appear. Try to move, wait 5 seconds for game to respond.
Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often?
As far as I can tell.
In other games?
Haven't played any other side scrollers on byond.
On other computers?
Haven't tried
When does the problem NOT occur?
When I open the game an immediately try to play.
Workarounds:
Non so far. The longer the game runs, the slower it gets.

i think there's something inherently laggy about forum_account's old pixel movement libraries in games, because Epic also suffers from lag that didn't exist in older versions of BYOND

So is the lagginess fixed in his newer library versions?
