Hi, lately I have been trying out demos of BYOND RPGs and trying to make my own, I spent a good 3-4 hours doing so..
Well, I've come to notice that a lot of people are starting to make Naruto games similar to Naruto GOA using the same icons and everything. I was just wondering how they are able to obtain the exact original files of Naruto GOA, please help.

They're not "making" games similar to Naruto GOA at all, they're just using a copy of Naruto GOA's source code (which was leaked by one of its developers) to publish derivative works. The manner in which they obtain the source code tends to be dubious.
