This is not a bug. It may be an incorrect use of syntax or a limitation in the software. For further discussion on the matter, please consult the BYOND forums.
Descriptive Problem Summary: Movement beings skipping when it shouldn't. See the video here. Edit: It's also important to note that I'm using 40 FPS.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: All you really have to do is move around for a bit and the skipping starts. It happens a lot more often if your movement delay changes or you're doing something while moving (as seen in the video).

Expected Results: For movement to be smooth.

Actual Results: Movement is skip-y at random times/

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time.

When does the problem NOT occur? When you stop moving for a second and begin moving again, it stops. This has to be repeated every time it starts.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? It also occurs in version 504.1232.

Workarounds: None, sadly (unless I switch to pixel movement, and I don't want to do that).
If your problem is what I think it is, then it actually isn't a bug and can be remedied pretty easily.

Check this post out for a good explanation of the problem.
