I recently got a new laptop, i've been using windows 7, and this is my first laptop with windows 8(which i hate), but when i open any byond game's hub page it shows this message "Only Windows users can play this game. If you are using an emulator, enter the URL for the game in File | Open Location on your BYOND pager menu." I was able to download and install the byond app, and ive tried pasting the game url into the pager but it just opens and then says "connection failed" is there anything i can do?

Super Saiyan X	Are you sure it is a full version of Windows 8, and not Windows RT?

NaraMax1	yeah im sure its the full version, i actually got the game to work, it seems it only works off the pager and not off the hub if im using my browser to open it. But i got a dell inspiron 7000, so im sure its a full version of windows 8

Pirion	Is the byond:// protocol linked to BYOND? If you go to default programs, at the bottom it shows protocols. BYOND would be there if it was.
