In her book, she mentions that she's going to make a tutorial for Uno (the card game). I did a search, but was unable to find any such tutorial.
Am I just not seeing it, or does it not exist?

I think you're referring to this post. It doesn't look to me like she ever continued that series or did anything concerning Uno, unfortunately.
