Underscore characters did not appear in translated skins even though they are valid in control identifiers.

This issue has been resolved.

Descriptive Problem Summary:
The interface in the test project should show a map on the left and a text output on the right, but in the webclient neither element is displayed, but rather all you see is a big black box.

This was working properly in 507.1259.
