Descriptive Problem Summary:
I open a game launcher, it says "It cannot connect to Byond Central" and "Cannot find any online servers. Please ensure that your are connected to the internet!" So I try open another game launcher and it says the same thing.
Expected Results:
Actually see some servers

Do not really know since this also happen to me 2 days ago

Don't have any other computers.
When does the problem NOT occur?
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked?

This is happening to me too, It seems the shell server is down.

All the game atm and server is down. However, if you joined the game before that happen, you can still play. But if you relog, boom, you can't play.
