Does anyone have a Wacom Intuos Creative Pen and Touch Small tablet?

I purchased mine around 7/8 months ago, and I was pretty excited. However, all was not as I expected it to be. After attempting to use the tablet multiple times, I've found that it is -not- precise and it is quite jumpy (in the sense that you may start drawing a line, lift up the pen, try to draw along that line again and have a delay of around 0.3/4 seconds and be on a significant offset).

Any solutions? A trip back to the manufacturers at this point is not feasible. I've re-installed the drivers every time, although nothing is working.
Tried searching google? Changing preferences and or settings?

Yeeeeep.
I've got one, mine is fine and I've never experienced the problems you've stated. If it's jumpy or unresponsive and you've tried reinstalling the drivers several times, it's either your computer doesn't meet the requirements for it, or it's simply faulty some how.

:/
What program are you using?

I know that with Paint Tool SAI you can actually set a delay when drawing for steadier lines. It is the Stabilizer feature.

Otherwise I have no clue, mine works fine.
Photoshop CS6!
i haven't experienced any of those problems with mine... have you tried turning off the windows tablet settings ?
I had this problem on my Intuos pen and touch and was extremely annoying. This fixed the problem but the lag would come back from time to time when I start Photoshop and had to do this everytime it did But it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSgejNKvJ-U
