So I am using the WINE not-emulator to instal BYOND on an iMac. This computer was a gift, I did not choose to buy it, I will laugh along with any console war jokes but "just throw your iMac out" is not an option.

So when I run BYOND's installation through WINE, it asks me a long string of questions about where and how I want to make a shortcut to the program, or where I want to save the unzipped file. Which of these options do I follow to make it actually run? One of them created a file named BYOND with no icon that refused to open despite interacting with WINEtricks, and the other resulted in a launch for a broken Windows browser starting on WINE's homepage that does nothing. Do I simply have the wrong resources?
