I'm going extremely slow... but at least I'm progressing somewhat. East states have always been a hassle so the goal is to not stop until it's perfect.

Minor update, it's essentially finished at least for the Idle state. I'm not going to worry much about animating it until I really need too. Next that's on the list is the first environment.

I think, for the north direction, the bear could use some shadow behind the ears and something more for the torso so that it looks less like the south state minus the face. Overall I like it though.

How much do you usually price your services? Assuming you're offering, I may be interested in some logo and/or interface stuff.
