So it turns out that DM was actually taught in the schools somewhere around early 2000's. A security guard told me that they were learning Dream Maker in his college programming class maybe 2002 and DM was supposed to be this big thing that would take over. I wonder how it fell out? O.o

BYOND was ahead of its time in a lot of ways, even in some social aspects like BYONDimes, as I understand it. Now let's wait for people who don't know what they're talking about to tell us what BYOND did wrong and needs to do in order to survive.

Still, what you said is interesting and somewhat surprising.

BenG set something up, a BYOND class and he got some books from Tom, but that was in 2004 I think.
