Is it possible to make Dream Seeker FTP a specified file to a web address?

So, there is no way to code something in Dream Maker that will, when ran in Dream Seeker and when told to, upload a specified file to a web server?

No. The best you could do is have DreamSeeker use shell() to call some other program to do that.
