Descriptive Problem Summary:
In my interface I have a Main window with a child in it. The child by default shows the Titlescreen panel.
In Firefox and IE there is no BG image. In Chrome the BG image is showing but is not stretched like it should.
Expected Results:
The BG image should both show and stretch properly across Firefox, IE, and Chrome.

I believe this is the same as your id:1742831 report, except for the stretch thing which is a separate issue. The image-mode param wasn't supported, but will be in 507.1272. Please retest in that build.

The issues were discovered using the V507.1271 client.
