so, yeah, me again, with another issue, but this ones not coming with code, because i dont have any idea what im doing, or really how i should go about this, ive tried what im attempting to accomplish in several ways, and all of them failed.

Basically, Im trying to cause an effect that when a certain world proc goes off certain areas in the world spawn a certain NPC type.

the problem is, that even with a lot of coding knowledge, and several possible fixes to the code, even trying to break it down to 'just spawn the thing' it doesnt work, im not too sure if theres any other posts like this, or if theres any demos, but ive begun to find that my issues dont come with demos >.>
Got any code so far?
i have some code, but i dont have any thats working, i just need the mobs to spawn through an area when a variable is a certain value
