making built in macros

I just wanted to know how to make macros so the usr doesn't have to. I have looked at the thing that when you press F1 it helps you and I still couldn't get it

Make a script file through New(dms file I believe) and set them like

macro
Numpad5 return "whatever in here"

You have to make a script file (.dms) and put in a code like so
macro
      z return "attack" //put the verb in perenthesis and the key in the front
