Punch animation help

For some reason this punch animation isn't resonating with me.

Criticism will be much appreciated.

I feel like there's one frame too many after the end of the "blur" effect, along with the characters second arm seeming to pull a little too far back.

Looks cool still though!

Feels like your trying to mimic my friends style southend_boi & soundz honestly but good job i guess could use light sources though for realism.
