retrieving my key

I made a Key name at a freinds house and now I can't get my key name on my dream seeker. It keeps saying that key name already exists.

You're trying to make a new key, instead click the "Retreive key" radio button and follow the instructions.

Well, I am trying to retreive my key right now on my other computer, and it's not working.
