When publishing a hub, you're given the option of selecting tags to help categorize your game. As per the documentation:
You may choose up to five tags for your game if it is searchable, from the pool of existing tags.However, it only allows you to select a maximum of three tags.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Publish a hub.
2. Attempt to select more than three tags.
Expected Results:
Being able to select at least five tags.
Actual Results:
Being limited to three tags.

Workarounds:
Having a moderator manually add more tags appears to work.
