Ok. First you open the dream maker by locating the file some where in your computer and left clicking twice on it. then you open an editor file. Here is the tricky part, you go to file/new/icon and it will create a new icon file. then simply click the palette symbol or movie camera to start making your icon.

IF you have permission, yes.

You can put icons in your project's directory which were not created in that project. There are some icon libraries. Click people and do a search for AbyssDragon and click on his BYOND Hub link. He has some free icons people may use.

Thanks for the mention :-)

To save some searching, just go to AbyssDragon.TheAbyss. I currently have a few free graphics sets up there. I can't say they're that good, but they are free :-)
