Descriptive Problem Summary:
Map displays on Webclient when map file isn't present

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
Make a webclient project with the default interface. Join via webclient. The map displays even when the users location hasn't been set and there isn't a .dmm file in the resources.

Expected Results:
DreamSeeker usually hides the map element when there is no map file.

Actual Results:
WebClient shows the map element still.

Workarounds:
Remove the map element, but that defies flexibility, doesn't it?
