Yes you should. There are plenty of tutorials, and plenty of people willing to help if you ask for questions properly. 5 minutes after downloading, I said to myself "Hey, maby the TUTORIALS link will link me to some TUTORIALS that TUTOR me at how to write games in this language!"... a few hours later I was able to do basic stuff in BYOND... Whenever I run into a problem, I first press F1 and check through to see if my answer is there, if not, I click on the GUIDE on this site, if I STILL can't find the answer, I ask the question on the forum... But if that's to complicated for you, by all means, delete your game, and use RPGMaker2k to create your next blockbuster hit...
