i just wanna know if there is a demo that explains the verb ban

As far as I know, no such demo exsists, but if you read my reply to your other post, you will find a link to s_admin v2.0 that Nadrew mentioned (but never explained)... There is code in that library to ban people, although it can be a bit complex for new comers to DM...

well the only demo i've found with it is the s_admin or the guide
