In Gangsta Streets you can do various things to get your "Jail-Time" up, and after you have so much, the cops will begin to come toward you. The higher your Jail-Time goes, the faster they come after you. If you are really bad, FBI Agents will start to do the same. If THEY can't catch you, a bounty is placed on your head, and PK mode is permanently turned on(until you go to jail). Problem is, I don't know how to do ANY of this...
