First and foremost, I'd like to thank everyone in advance for attempting to help me with my particular problem. I'll describe the issue below.

Specific Problem/Issue:
I was an avid player of byond during it's time in the 498v stage (if I remember correctly) until I stopped playing due to life becoming a bit to busy. I recently returned to give it another go around but found that I had difficulty playing the games I wanted to play. At first I was able to join but the games ran very slowly before D/Cing all together. It went from happening every so often to happening almost every few seconds to the point where playing the game was useless. Now it's to the point where downloading resources for the game will pause around 5% or so (If I'm lucky).

Details:

Q:What operating system and/or browser are you using?

A: Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7.

-What were you trying to do when the problem occurred?
Play Sigrogana Legend 2 (The problem happens with almost every other game now though.)

-What actually happened, and how did it differ from what you expected?
I expected to be able to load the game and play without any difficulty as I had done in the past but instead I got stuck with the error above.

What steps did you follow?
1.Launch BYOND
2.Join through the pager
3.Successfully enter the game
4.Exit after consistent disconnection.
5.Attempt to join again, though not able to do so due to the resources not downloading properly.

Attempts to fix:
I followed the directions done in this thread (http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=29715) but it didn't help. Uninstalling/Reinstalling didn't help either after doing it multiple times. I even shut down my PC a couple times. BYOND isn't blocked by any of the security on my computer, including it's extensions such as dreamseeker and dreamdaemon.

Tests:
The failure in resources seems to apply mostly to games that involve maps of some kind, as my attempt to join a BYOND game called 'chatterz' that was purely text based worked almost flawlessly, though games similar like 'RP Unlimited' still ran slowly and disconnected most of the time.

The first two links should provide you with more detail concerning my computers specs and such. The last link is a screenshot of the error itself.

Hopefully I made my problem as clear as possible but I can provide any more info that you all need to help me out. Thanks a lot!

I'm currently using BYOND version 506.1249 and haven't yet updated to 506.1250 at the time of this post.
What's the point of having a help section where nobody will even attempt to give me some advice after I've been as specific as possible? I'd really appreciate any help...

Sounds like networking issue (if using WiFi or Hotspot, try connecting via ethernet isntead). Check your network ping, download speed, upload speed, and check the specs on the server you're trying to connect to (contact the host).
Sorry your thread got buried, Hero-San, but I would always suggest following up a lot sooner than 15 weeks.

If you're experiencing frequent disconnects, BYOND isn't the culprit: it's your networking. Either your computer, your local network, or your ISP is dropping packets and causing these disconnects.

A connection as flaky as the one you described is practically a neon sign pointing to a poor WiFi signal. I can only guess that you're on WiFi though, as you didn't include any information about your network.
