Its like this on DM(Duel Monsters):
Manual- You and your opponent have to do everything: Change Life Points, draw cards, shuffle decks, declare an attack, send cards to the graveyard, play cards etc...
Automatic- You make choices and the computer does the rest; calculate damage & healing, send cards to the graveyard etc...
On BYOND there are only manual DM games. There are no automatic ones. This user Kajika had one and I thought it worked well as well as Duelist Kingdom which was AWESOME, in my opinion. He promised to work on it BUT looks like it is not being worked on.
This person Nailez was working on an automatic DM BYOND game. Check out his post here: http://www.byond.com/forum/?post=1170757 . But that is no longer being updated and he is no longer responding.
I wanted to work on this but I'm not sure what I can do. I think a team is needed for this:
-Graphics
-A possible pixel artist
-An expert in the rules of DM
-A programmer
-A possible game designer
I would work but I don't know what I can do. I think my best bet would be programming. But this might be too much for me. I could try though. I am not an expert in DM(game) rules as I played some manual games and made mistakes. Why won't we get together and create an automatic DM game?

Lets recap. You can't program, draw, design the game and don't even know the rules of yugioh yet you are interested in making one with someone. What exactly are you planning to contribute to the project, and why are you even interested in making a duel monsters game when you don't know the basic rules of it

Uh. There was an automatic Yu-Gi-Oh game, it was pretty popular and had some neat features.
