Can anyone direct me to a tutorial that will help you create a game like Final Fantasy Tactics?

I think most of the tutorials available would help him in creating that. FF Tactics is not a simple game, and creating a game like that would use a lot of different techniques.

I imagine its not what was meant by the question, but that does answer what was asked.

I think what he really wants is the source code for one, but since no one that I know of has made one and made its code public, there's nothing we can do. Most tutorials won't show you how to build a complete game, they'll just help you with a small part of it. Same for libraries.
