How do u make a proc call every 60 seconds. I know that it's sleep(600) but how do u make it call every 60 seconds.

You'd use:
proc/StartUpWhatever() This will repeat continually until you return the loop from an if statement or somesuch. |

Anyway, you'll wanna use spawn(600) here.
That'd create a loop to do it over and over :).
