1) Click the link above.
2) Notice that the entries are displayed as #20 to #8, instead of #13 to #1. (The rest of the information in the table is displayed correctly).

Expected Results: For the entry numbers to match the actual entry number on all pages of the score table.

Actual Results: The last page will display the entry numbers incorrectly on score tables.

Does the problem occur:
